The following three Tatar Pastors  are praying that God will show them how, when, and where to organize the first national Tatar Baptist congress so that all Tatar believers may come together and worship and plan together in their own native language. The Day of Prayer for Tatars is on July 27.
Pastor Farit (pronounced "Fa-reet")  is from Davlekanova where he is  a Tatar church planter.
Nail (pronounced Na-eel) serves Blagoveschensk.

Nov. 14, 2001. Last Saturday and Sunday in a small town named Blagoveschensk, many evangelicals gathered and showed the Jesus film, performed a Christian concert, and shared the good news.  Approx 300 inquirers attended during the two days.  70 of them indicated on response cards that they had either received Christ as personal Savior, wanted to participate in a bible study, or wanted further information.

Prayer requests from Kameel  and his wife Ola who is a Sunday School teacher:

1. That God will call out local believers who know Tatar and Bashkir to be willing to work in  radio ministry

2. For the possibility to broadcast evangelistic programs on a more local level instead of having them beamed into the region only thru shortwave

3. That God will call out/provide teachers for children's Sunday School classes at the main Baptist Church in Ufa (House of Prayer)

4. That the Sunday School teachers would work and serve with reckless abandon, thru God's  motivation and not for people's praise or attention

5. That all the children who recently attended Christian summer camps would become involved in bible study thru local Sunday School classes
