Volunteers from Kiev Christian University (Ukraine)
              07 Dec 2007

July, 2004   Two young students are working with us this summer from Kiev Christian University (Ukraine).   Kcenia is from Belarus and Zhenya is from Ukraine.

They are helping us with 3 main areas of ministry.

Kcenia and Zhenya
with some of the kids

1)  With children's ministry (games, Bible storying, refreshments, and Bible distribution) in area parks and playgrounds

2)  In translation/typing work, for some discipleshipleadership materials we are developing in Russian.

Pray for Kcenia and Zhenya as they continue their work with us until approximately August 15 when they will take the train for 2 days back to school.

We are asking the Lord to help us gain trust with local parents through such activities.  We hope to encourage local female believers to take up this type of ministry and have weekly kid's club meetings in different parts of Ufa.
We are hoping that Kcenia & Zhenya will help present a simple seminar that will help challenge/train/encourage local believers to be more bold in advancing this type of ministry to kids and their parents.
