Our new church (Grace Church) committed two months ago to begin immediately ministering in an adjacent neighborhood...as a result of prayerwalking, handing out invitations, etc., a new evangelistic Bible study has been started in that area...last night, there were 9 believers there and 11 new folk who for the first time heard about the God of the Bible, salvation, Jesus, faith, creation, etc...it was wonderful to just sit there and witness the wide-eyed wonder and inquisitiveness of many of the participants. 

We ask folks to be praying for the meetings next Wednesday so that those who attended will return and even bring others with them...we did a variety of things in the meeting last night: a little bible storytelling, a little discussion, a little drawing on a whiteboard to illustrate spiritual concepts, a little singing, etc.  

Most of those who attended seemed to be genuinely interested and we are hoping they return next week.
