for the 22 Baptist
churches of Bashkortostan. They have incredible odds in trying to multiply but, rather than having a fortress mentality, they are growing their
vision of planting new churches.
...PRAY
that the Lord would add to our ministry team. We are seeking personnel
for the following areas of ministry:
A. Student evangelism leader. There are approximately 90,000 students in
various universities, institutes, technical schools, etc., here in Ufa, the
capital of B-stan. Evangelizing them will have an immediate impact not only here in
Ufa, but also
upon the entire republic.
B. Church planter/volunteer coordinator.
We are praying for a 'lead' church
planter who
will help coordinate IMB-influenced church planting efforts, along with
coordinating
the work involved with the expected wave of volunteer mission teams that will
be coming from the
States over the next 5 years.
C. Church planter apprentice/media promotion director. We are seeking a
married couple or
a single male who will serve as apprentice church planters along with
developing a media strategy for the evangelization of B-stan.

for the completion of a monthly prayer calendar that will feature
different folks,
churches, and projects involved in the work here in B-stan.
...PRAY
for a unity to develop among all evangelical
confessions/denominations
starting in Ufa.
This is a key to the explosion of new church starts.

that God will bring glory to Himself through a church-planting movement.
