Prayer Promise:

“If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you” (John 15:7, NIV).

All month:

Ask our Sovereign Father to take complete control of the Carr’s visa situation, in constant flux.

1

Continue to pray for Eileen as she home schools Nathan, Timmy and Heather in difficult circum-stances, & needing materials from Ufa.

2

Pray for wisdom for Chris as he decides the best route to take in getting visas for the Bauer’s.

3

Ask God to bless a youth conference, sponsored by Bashkort Baptists, in Salavat through Sunday.

4

Pray for the CEE Key Partner Consultation meetings in Oklahoma City through the 8th.

5

Ask that the youth in the Salavat conference would commit to discipleship, personal evangelism, and church planting.

6

Ask the God who provides to show churches and individuals how they can impact church planting (CP) in Ufa.

7

Make this a day of prayer and fasting for a Church Planting Movement (CPM) in Ufa.

8

Pray for churches to catch the vision of Church Planting in the Russian field, as a result of the Key Partner Consultation meeting in Oklahoma City.

9

Remember Chris’ doctoral work, that an independent study proposal will be accepted, that studies can begin on time, & materials will be ready.

10

Pray for Bashkort Baptists & Peter Zhuk as they negotiate for a multi-use campsite outside Ufa; and that funding will become available.

11

Praise God for the vision Bashkort Baptists and Peter Zhuk have for a year-round campsite & conference center to train and equip believers.

12

Ask God’s guidance on Grace Church and pastor Zhenya Vasileev, facing a possible relocation due to rent increases.

13

Pray that the Ufa visa office will quickly process the Carr’s visa applications.

14

Pray for safe travel for Victor and Susan Bauer as they depart for Moscow tonight.

15

Pray for Ufa pastor Sergei Datlik, seeking to stabilize a small salary as he leads the Bible study group in the Sipailovo region of Ufa.

16

The Bauer’s arrive in Moscow today. Ask the Lord to protect their health as they transition to the winter cold.

17

Thank our Sovereign God for making the way straight for the Carr’s, the Bauer’s, and the Baptists in Ufa.

18

Ask God to bless Stas Karpenko, leading Ufa Bible Church to plant a sister church in Sterlitamak.

19

Pray for Korun, a doctor in Sterlitamak, that he would lead well in planting a church in his city.

20

Pray for multiple volunteer groups planning to visit Ufa in 2007, with long lists of ministry potentials.

21

Ask our God of Peace to give calmness and kindness to Nathan, Timmy, Heather, Stephen and Seth in these unsettling days in Kiev.

22

Pray for the House of Prayer Church, the big church in Ufa – that they would all stand strong as the Carr’s seek to return to Ufa.

23 Thanksgiving

If visa problems continue, the Carr family will spend this special day in Kiev, with IMB colleagues.

24

Seek God’s face, that all believers in Bashkortostan would be as one, undivided and faithful to the Lord.

25

Pray for Andrei Dzuba & Sergei Interesov, Ural Mountain leaders for the Bible League based in Ufa.

26

Pray for the same two, as they lead an evangelistic Bible study group, who are willing to constitute a new church in the Telecenter district of Ufa.

27

Ask God to author a church planting movement in Ufa, 1.1 million people, with approximately 2500 believers & 12 churches.

28

Ask for indigenous church planters for the cities of Yanaul, Durtuli, Voznosenko, Mesyagutovo & Baimk; that they’d pay the price to start new bible study groups in these cities.

29

Ask God to enable Chris with the words and demenor to show Jesus to the govern-ment authorities in Ufa who’ve been bocking the visa processes.

30

Ask God to touch Julia Bragin (struggling with epilepsy), 1 year-old daughter of Grace Church members Zhenya and Elsa Bragin.
