for quick visa processing for Victor & Susan Bauer. The visa
situation for our workers is unsettled & unpredictable. |

Pray
for the members of Ufa Bible Church, that they will respond to a
vision for more effective discipleship, leading to church planting.

Pray
for Chris Carr & a heavy load - leading Team Ufa, working on
doctoral studies, and ministering to his family. |

Ask
the Lord for wholeness of body for Chris & good health, that he will
be a loving husband & father, and an effective trainer. |

Lift
up Eileen as she home-schools Nathan, Timmy & Heather. Pray for
loving obedience from the children. |

Ask
for continuing work with university teachers & students, to foster
Bible study groups that will draw them to the Lord. |

Pray
for the young woman’s group meeting monthly at the Carr apartment,
that they will see & pass on an authentic Biblical witness.

Pray
for the ongoing ESL conversational English classes at the Carr &
Bauer apart-ments, that partici-pants will respond to the Truth. |

for Grace Church, reaching out to street kids, alcoholics & drug
addicts through weekly ministry. |

for Grace member Marina S. as she leads this important outreach
ministry in Ufa. |

Pray
for senior RBU pastor Peter Zhuk, that the Holy Spirit will quicken
his heart for effective church planting in Ufa & Bashkortostan. |

for Team Ufa, to know & follow the Lord’s desires, His strategies
for evangel-ism, training and church planting, & when to say no to a
request. |

Lift
up Natasha & Marina A. (Grace Church) as they begin to seek to reach
Ufa’s deaf and plant the first deaf church in Ufa. |

Lift
up a student/ESL ministry team from Weatherford, OK, in Ufa Mar.
16-23. Ask for traveling mercies & wisdom in teaching. |

Pray
that the team would be bold in communicating a Biblical worldview, &
that there will be continuing witnessing relationships. |

Lift
up the pastors of the RBU churches in Ufa & B’stan, that they would
be bold in their teaching and preaching the Word. |

Pray
that the Weatherford, OK team will stand strong for Christ as they
face opposition from unbelievers. |

Pray
for discipleship training preparations, being led by Bob Dutton the
first two weeks of April. Pray for clarity in teaching new concepts. |

Ask
the Lord to draw local believers to the training, and to be obedient
to the Holy Spirit as they are trained. |

Pray
for the Bible study groups in Ufa & Sterlitamak. Several are
reaching many people. |

As
Spring temper-atures begin melting the snow, ask for the hearts of
the lost in Ufa’s many districts to be warmed to Christ. |

Pray
for a new English Bible study group meeting with the Bauer’s the 2nd
& 4th Sunday evenings each month. |

Continue to lift up Roman & Elvira, leading evangelistic Bible
studies in their apartment on Tuesdays in the Sipailovo district. |

Pray
for a Selmer, TN ESL team in Ufa Mar. 25 –April 1st. Pray
for good health for the team, and clarity as they share about Christ
in their lives. |

Ask
the Holy Spirit to facilitate communic-ation with over 100 Ufa
residents using the Bible to practice their English skills. |

Carr twins,
Stephen & Seth – 6 years old.
Pray for good
health, obedience to Chris & Eileen, & attention to school work. |

Pray
for the churches of Ufa & B’stan – to have a vision of the lostness
& hopeless-ness in the lives of unbelievers. |

Ask
the Lord to bless workers in these churches as they share their
lives with others. Pray for their boldness. |

Thank God for the dedication of the Carr’s & the Bauer’s as they
minister in a difficult, sometimes hostile, environment.
