Pray for Team Ufa, with a few days to relax after the Annual
Group Meeting in Athens. Ask for spiritual renewal. |

Pray for a team of local believers going to area villages on
Saturdays to share the good news of the Gospel. |

Ask for fertile spiritual soil, that there will be fruit for
God’s Kingdom as the team shares through-out the summer. |

As we celebrate the founding of America, pray for a harvest of
souls in Ufa & the Bashkortostan Republic. |

Pray for senior RBU pastor Peter Zhuk. Ask for a return to good
health as he works hard to lead Baptist work in the
Bashkortostan region. |

Pray for the summer camp, July 12-26th. Ask for favor
from government officials to register visas. Pray for safe team
travel. |

Thank God for the English workshop in June. New friendships were
formed, with new folk coming to the ESL groups for fellowship &
learning. |

Ask the Lord to facilitate temporary visa approval for the Carr
family, to be able to stay in Ufa three years without leaving.

Pray for the Haas & Woodall families, that Letters of
Invitations & visas will come quickly so they can move to Ufa &
start their work. |

Ask the Lord to keep Clarke & Tara Wood-all, and Blake & Allison
Haas spirit-ually focused as they wait for their visas. |
11 Birthday –
Victor Bauer
Pray for Victor’s back, as he prepares to travel to Budapest for
consultation & possible surgery. |

Ask for government favor for Victor & Susan Bauer, that they can
continue to serve in Ufa & return for a second term. |

As the summer camp goes on (through the 26th), pray
for good fellowship with the campers, that they will respond to
God’s love. |

Ask the Lord to speak Truth to the hearts of the campers as they
have daily worship & work on their English skills. |

Pray for the folk of Grace Baptist Church, seeking to minister
to unfortunate street kids who have no places to live. |

Summer is hot in Ufa. Pray for Chris Carr’s health issues, that
he’ll not be slowed by the heat. Lift up all in Team Ufa as
well. |

Life the ESL groups to the Lord. Several groups meet with the
Bauer’s, the Carr’s & Jim Havlik each week. |

Remember Jim Havlik
in a special way to-day. Pray for new spiritual insights as he
seeks to relate Truth to his ESL groups. |

Thank God for loving you & Team Ufa. Pray that His love will be
recognized & received in Ufa & across the Bashkortostan
Republic. |

Pray for the Russian RBU pastors in the Bashkortostan region,
that they’ll put theo-logical differences aside & and focus on
the truths of Scripture. |

Ask for favor with government officials in both Ufa & B’stan
government offices. Pray they will hear & respond to the love
Jesus has for them. |

Ask for new spiritual insights to guide Chris, as he tries to
complete his doctoral work in the next few months. |

Pray also for God to guide Chris in a sometimes difficult role,
with tremendous responsibility as the Strategy Coordinator for
Team Ufa. |

Pray that folk in several churches in the U.S. will respond to a
call to join Team Ufa in short-term work, to engage the Gospel
in B’stan. |

Pray for the RBU churches & leadership today. Ask God to show
His glory in worship services on Sunday (10 hours ahead of EDT). |

Pray for pastor Zhenya (Grace Baptist) & pastor Stas (Ufa Bible
Church) as they seek to minister to the needs in their
congregations. |

Thank the Lord for the just concluded English summer camp. Ask
God to grow those who responded to the invitation to Christ. |

Pray for the hearts of others who were in the camp, that they
might acknowledge the reality of God & begin to seek His Way. |

Lift up Rebekah & Ezra Woodall.
Transition to a new land & language can create confusion and
resistance to parental authority. |

Pray for the Carr children, Nathan, Timmy, Heather, Seth &
Stephen. Ask for rest for Eileen as she takes care of the home &
family. |

Pray for Chris as he continues preparing for his doctoral pro-ject.
Ask for the right people to participate in the project, in Sept.
