Thank the Lord for the IWC teams who’ve been ministering in Ufa. Ask for wisdom for the Ufa Team as they follow up on contacts from various projects.

Pray that God would grant physical rest & spiritual recharging to the Ufa Team this month, after a very busy summer.

Pray for the ESL participants as they break for a time, that the Holy Spirit would work in their lives to draw them to Christ.

Pray for Victor Bauer as he teaches at the Ufa Bible Church camp the next 7 days. Both believers & non-believers – adults, youth & children will be there.

Thank God for the dedication of Chris & Eileen, as they celebrate their 20^th wedding anniversary in Moscow this week.

Pray for Roman & Elvira, ministering among teenagers wanting to play baseball in the Sipailovo district.

Ask God to guide Roman & Elvira as they hold weekly evangelistic meetings in their apartment in the Sipailovo district.

Pray for continued favor with city officials, that good relationships would grow, & that there would be openness to the gospel.

Lift up Yana, Albina & Di as the Bauers meet with them and befriend them for the sake of the gospel.

The Ufa Team needs a long-term student evangelist/team leader. Ask God to raise up that person to reach students for Christ.

Lift up Andrei Dzuba & Sergei Intersov, leading Ufa First Baptist Church to be evangelistic and to be disciplers.

Lift up Valentine Kondratets as he continues to minister in the 20 prisons in Ufa & Bashkortostan.

Ask the Lord to give wisdom & vision during a quarterly planning meeting in Ekaterinburg, through Wednesday.

Lift up Chris Carr to finish a major paper for his doctoral work by Sept. 1^st, & as he completes another seminar course.

Pray for Peter Zhuk as he leads RBU work in Bashkortostan, and in his work as an RBU vice-president.

Pray also for Peter’s responsibilities over the Udmurtia region – part of the IMB focus on the Former Soviet Union this fall.

Ask the Lord to encourage Zhenya Basileev, pastoring Grace Church in difficult times and meeting at the Carr home.

Pray that the Bashkortostan evangelical churches (esp. RBU) would catch the church planting vision.

Ask God to lead the evangelical churches in Ufa & B’stan to be-come more proactive & intentional in their witness for Jesus.

Pray for Andy & Liz Leininger, leading the Urals & Siberian cluster ministry in the Former Soviet Union.

Ask the Lord to reflect all His love to the Carr children – Nathan, Timothy, Heather, Seth & Stephen.

Pray for Eastern Hills Baptist (Albuquer-que), preparing for ESL schools in November in Ufa and Ishimbai.

Thank God for Chris’ leadership, as he prepares materials for a training session in Prague in mid- September.

Pray for physical health & mental well-being for Chris & Eileen Carr, and Victor & Susan Bauer – the Ufa Team.

Ask God to guide a team as they begin work on a new advocacy media for the Lord’s work in Ufa.

Ask God for physical stamina & clarity of mind in documenting God’s presence in Ufa through the IMB & Great Commission Christians.

Lift up Eileen as she completes preparations for a new home schooling year for the Carr children, starting tomorrow.

Ask God to break the bonds of fear among many of Ufa’s believers, that they will live in total faith to the Lord.

Pray for a break in the fortress mentality of believers in Ufa, that they would go on the offensive for Jesus & unbelievers would be receptive.

Pray for Hillcrest Church (Pensacola), preparing for an evangelistic business team project in October.

Thank God for modern technology to enable the video-graphy team to track some of His work in Ufa & Bashkortostan.
